Complete your forms
We'll email a short digital intake form. Filling it in beforehand means your first visit starts on time and we already know your history. [CONFIRM intake link]
Come in for your cleaning
Meet your clinician, have a gentle cleaning and a full assessment, and leave with a clear, no-pressure plan for anything we find.
We handle the paperwork. We bill most insurers directly and accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan — so you only pay any balance that's left, if any. [CONFIRM direct billing setup & insurers]
What to bring
- A piece of photo ID.
- Your dental insurance details, or your CDCP member card if you're enrolled.
- A list of any medications you take.
- The name of your previous dentist, if you'd like your records transferred. [CONFIRM]
Bringing the kids?
We love first visits. For young children we keep things short, friendly and unhurried — a "happy visit" to get comfortable in the chair, count teeth, and meet the team. No drama, no fuss.
The Canadian Dental Association suggests a child's first visit by around age one, or within six months of their first tooth. If you're not sure, just ask us. [CONFIRM]
Nervous patients
If the dentist makes you anxious, tell us — we'll go slowly, explain everything first, and stop whenever you need.
It's been years?
That's completely okay. We start gently with an assessment and a plan that's comfortable for you.
